Look at this Silver Star Awards 1st July 2008 Katherine's Closet walked away with two awards from the Silver Star Awards sponsored by Perth and Kinross Chamber of Commerce . We won in two categories, New Business of the Year and Marketing! We were completely blown away and quite pleased after only being open for 7 months at 29 George Street in Perth! The competition was quite tough and it was a real honour for us to just be short listed............let alone win. Goes to show you that hard work truly pays off. We are pleased that the people of Perth have embraced the idea of a Destination Boutique, which is a new concept for this area. Thank you for everyone who supported us. One you will never forget! 2007 Star Awards 13th April 2007 After months of preparation Katherine's Closet opened it's flagsship store at 29 George Street in Perth, Scotland! We are not only open, but proud to say that after just 7 months in our new location we walked away with the Star Award for the New Business of the year and the Star Award for Marketing which was sponsored by the Perth & Kinross Chamber of Commerce. Thank you for your support and having enough insight and business savay to understand the concept of a Destination Boutique . Everyone seems to love it from the very young to the old. It's a gathering place for Mums, Mums to be, Dad's, and Grandparents plus the children love it! They can even ride a pink retro trycycle and drive a radio flyer car while Mummy shops. There is even something for Daddy to do. At Katherine's Closet he can relax and have a cup of coffeee or tea while Mummy shops!
